Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be in original packaging with all accessories included
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when received
- You must have the original receipt or order confirmation

- Cameras (DSLR, Film, Digital Video, Beginner Cameras)
- Camera Lenses and Lens Caps
- Flash Units and Filters
- Cases & Bags
- Batteries and Camera Accessories
- Unopened film products (B&W Film, Colour 35mm Film)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality and safety of our products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened film products (B&W Film, Colour 35mm Film, Instant Film) due to light sensitivity and potential exposure
- Disposable Cameras (once purchased, as these are single-use items)
- Instruction Manuals (digital or physical copies, as these can be duplicated)
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging
- Products purchased more than 15 days ago
Return & Exchange Process
Initiate Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected]. Use our return request template to ensure we have all necessary information.
Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions within 24 hours of your request.
Package Your Items
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Ship Your Return
Ship the package to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return for valuable camera equipment.
Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
- Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days after we process your return
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB – refunded to your card
- PayPal – refunded to your PayPal account
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange an item for a different product:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly
- We’ll ship your exchanged item once we receive and process your return
- Exchanges follow the same 15-day timeframe as returns
Defective or Incorrect Items
