The Minolta XE-5 is a 35mm manual focus SLR.
The XE-5 is a beautiful manual 35mm SLR. The XE-5 and the XE-7 are very similar models with the XE-5 being the cheaper option. The various XE models were less expensive than the new, auto-focus cameras, but still had many of the features that a new or experienced photographer needed. The XE was the first electronically controlled Minolta SLR that was targeted for advanced amateurs.
