How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. After processing:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-15 days via DHL or FedEx ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 days via EMS (for orders over $50)
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship globally to most countries! However, we currently cannot ship to certain Asian regions and remote locations. Our checkout system will automatically confirm if we can deliver to your address.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes! Both shipping options include tracking:
  • Standard Shipping: Real-time tracking with DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping: Tracking information provided with EMS
Are there any additional import fees?
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. These charges are not included in your order total.
